Make your travel experiences more neuroinclusive.

We help tourism businesses and destinations understand neurodivergent travellers, remove barriers and create better travel experiences.

Are you overlooking a significant part of the travel market?

An estimated 15–20% of the population is neurodivergent, including people with autism, ADHD and other neurological differences.

Yet many aspects of travel are still designed around one way of thinking, communicating and experiencing the world.

Improving neuroinclusion isn’t just about accessibility. It’s an opportunity to reach more travellers, improve guest experiences and build stronger customer loyalty.

The barriers aren't always obvious.

A traveller’s experience starts long before departure. It begins when they’re researching, planning and deciding whether a trip feels manageable.

Unclear information, sensory environments, rigid itineraries and communication barriers can all influence that decision.

Small, practical improvements throughout the customer journey can make a meaningful difference.

Our Founder Agnes Abelsen is a previous Disability Nurse, who has worked in the disability sector for 15 years, and in accessible travel for 8 years. She started Travengers after seeing her younger autistic sister not having the same access.

Later, being diagnosed with ADHD herself, she gained another perspective of how travel can be inaccessible for neurodivergents. We have now served hundreds of neurodivergent people, and we’re also proud to have several neurodivergent team members part of Travengers.
