This year’s theme is #ChooseToChallenge, which encourages us to challenge gender boas and inequality. One area where gender bias and inequality often intersect is in the world of travel, particularly for women on the autism and disability spectrum. In recognition of International Women’s Day, let’s explore the importance of autism travel and how they can help women on the spectrum access the joys of travel.
Traveling can be a daunting experience for anyone, but it can be especially challenging for women on the autism spectrum. Sensory overload, communication difficulties and uncertainty about new environments can all create significant obstacles. That’s where Travengers comes in.
